I have been a patient of Dr. Nelsen’s for years. I lived for a year with low back and neck pain so horrible that anything I did caused extra discomfort. I feel like Dr. Nelsen’s treatments have enabled me to have a better quality of life. I can work in the yard as long as I want to now and really enjoy it. Dr. Nelsen’s Massage-a-Teacher program is what finally pushed me to come in and see what he could do for my condition. I had already had surgery on my low back a few years ago but was still having to take anti-inflammatory drugs and pain killers to get through the day. The pain had even started spreading into my neck, shoulders, and upper back. It got to the point where I couldn’t even turn my head to the left to look beside me or behind me, and I was having unbearable headaches at least 4 or 5 times a week. I have been a patient of Dr. Nelsen’s for 2 years now and am more than pleased with the outcome. I am more flexible than ever and am no longer experiencing headaches. The Spinal Decompression treatments have allowed me to be more active than ever before and do the things I enjoy without pain. I’m so glad I’ve found something that works and wish I hadn’t neglected getting care sooner.
